Frequently Asked Questions
Price and Delivery
How much does it cost to form a UK Ltd through you?
8.499 DKK fixed price including business account. UK Ltd with Danish branch and Danish bank account: 16.250 DKK.
How quickly can you deliver?
The formation itself typically takes place within 24 hours. Bank onboarding takes 3–7 business days. The entire setup is operational within a week.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our package price covers everything listed on the package page. Any supplementary services (VAT, accounting, shareholder agreement) are openly priced and ordered separately.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we typically offer split payments 50/50 — half upon order, half upon delivery. Contact us for a specific agreement.
Tax and Accounting
Where should I pay tax with a UK Ltd?
As a general rule, in the UK, but if you primarily operate from Denmark, a permanent establishment may arise in Denmark. Read the detailed guide at /engelsk-selskab-skat-i-danmark.
Does a UK Ltd need to submit annual accounts?
Yes — an annual Confirmation Statement (disclosure requirement) and Financial Statement (accounts). We offer both as add-on services.
Do I need to pay VAT?
It depends on where and what you sell. A UK Ltd must register for VAT in the UK if turnover exceeds 90,000 GBP. If you sell B2C in the EU, OSS registration may be relevant.
Banking and Payments
Which banks accept UK Ltds with Danish owners?
Wise Business, Revolut Business, and selected UK challenger banks are the main providers. See a comparison at /find-bedste-erhvervskonto.
Can I get a Danish bank account for a UK Ltd?
Yes, via a Danish branch. This is precisely what our combo package (16.250 DKK) resolves.
What happens if the bank rejects me?
We pre-screen before submission to minimise risk. If you are rejected, we will submit to another bank at no extra cost.
Legal
What is a PSC?
Person with Significant Control — the UK's ownership register. All owners with over 25% must be registered. We handle the registration as part of the formation.
Am I personally liable?
No. Both a UK Ltd and a Danish ApS provide limited liability — you are not personally liable for the company's debts (unless you have provided a personal guarantee or acted irresponsibly).
Can I sell the company later?
Yes. We also assist with sales and transfers — see /saelg-dit-selskab.
