You don't need to know anything about Companies House or Erhvervsstyrelsen. We handle the entire process — you only need to fill out a few forms and confirm your identity.

Choose a package and complete our short order form. We'll get back to you within 2 working hours with a KYC checklist.

We incorporate the company
You send ID + proof of address. We submit to Companies House (UK) or Erhvervsstyrelsen (DK). You receive incorporation documents the same day or the next day.

Bank onboarding
We pre-screen your application and submit it to the bank where you have the best match. You complete selfie-KYC and are ready within a few days.

You operate
You have your company + bank + access from day 1. We're ready for ongoing administration, VAT registration, or additional services as needed.
What you'll need
- Passport or driving licence (photo ID)
- Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement max 3 months old
- Business description (a few lines are enough)
- For Danish branch: NemID/MitID
